When I talk about "eating vegan," you might be thinking of all the things you think you can't do - like grill, go out to eat, or eat pizza. But you can.
I know how you feel, because I felt that way too.

You're confused by mixed messaging about what foods to eat and which to avoid in order to prevent health problems.

You're bombarded with contradictory (and often complex) nutritional information and thus choose to continue eating the foods you know.

You're tired of diets that overpromise and under-deliver.

You might pay more attention to what you’re feeding your pet than what you’re feeding yourself.

You've accepted that, some day, in the future, you'll have to take prescription drugs for health conditions that seem inevitable. Even though you know deep-down that many health conditions are determined by your diet.

You believe you cannot survive and would rather die than give up cheese… (Die? Really?) You might also think animal protein is superior to plant protein.

Here's one that was huge for me. You’re afraid of how your family will react.

This applies especially to Italian American families as well as any other culture where food is a big deal.

What if I say you don’t have to throw everything out the window? We can tweak your family traditions and eating habits - and even make some new ones.
Let's cook the foods you love to make - but make them better.

It's about adding plant-based foods and getting rid of excess animal protein that isn’t serving you.

Remember: you get one body - you need to make sure it’s in the best shape possible.

I'm all about making healthy lifestyle doable. Eating clean has been made more complicated than it needs to be.

The truth is that there are only 2 key factors when it comes to food:

  1. Portion Size - No one needs a "large." I know - this might be shocking!
  2. WHAT You Eat - If you can improve the quality of what you’re eating, the health benefits will pay for themselves.

I would like to be a resource and provide the tools for easy sustainable change and a broadening of compassion-based living.

Vegan is a lifestyle - and I'm here to help it become something you can stick to.

Veganism is a rare win-win-win situation - a win for humans, animals and Earth. If I can help change how we look at food, I can help more people...

> Eat for our own health and quality of life,

> Prevent animal suffering and unsustainable agricultural practices,

> Save wildlife,

> And live as a part of this world - not apart from everything and everyone who shares this finite space with us.
